Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here and happy to help.
Our products can be returned within 14 days of physical receipt of the product.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- The product was physically received by you within the last 14 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product is in new, unused condition and free from damage
- You have a receipt/invoice or proof of purchase
Failure to meet the above criteria may result in non-refund. We issue refunds on a case-by-case basis and refunds or exchanges will not be given until we have received the return of the original order. Returns and refunds will not be accepted on clearance items.

Shipping charges
Please note that the purchaser is responsible for covering shipping charges on returns or exchanges.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Sale items may be refunded on a case-by-case basis. Returns and refunds will not be accepted on clearance items.
